Collections Agent – Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
1. A minimum of 80 outbound and inbound calls is required.
Engage in negotiations to secure full payment or establish a payment plan.
Instill a sense of urgency among debtors who have not made payments.
Collaborate closely with the Client Support Representative to address and resolve any disputes.
Achieve or surpass the monthly targets for phone calls, activities, and fees.

Prior experience in collections is essential.
Strong attention to detail and precision is required.
Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in technology is necessary.
Expertise in negotiation is important.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
Strong time management and interpersonal abilities are required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, in addition to commission and bonuses.
